To meet the expanding needs in the industrial field, MEC built in 1994/1995 the Universal Steel Fabrication Factory “U.S Fabricators” to fulfill its demanding and expanding industrial projects and to expand its old factory build on 1975. The factory is equipped with modern equipment and latest fabrication software coupled with highly trained engineers and technicians.
The area of the factory is nearly 10500 square meter, the covered area is nearly 6200 square meter, and the production rate is estimated to be 7000 Ton/year for 8 working hours per day.

Fabrication & Manufacturing carried out under licenses, Joint Venture or in cooperation with big international manufacturers, engineering and contracting companies in Europe, USA, Canada & Japan such as BECHTEL, ABB International, GEC ALSTHOM, AMEC INC (AGRA MONENCO), KIER International, George WIMPEY International, STRONGCO Engineered, TEMA BV. , HAMON Research Cottrell Inc, TECHNOERG, and many others .

During the prolonged period we had have carried out many projects for major Jordanian firms: Ministry of Water, Jordan Petroleum Refinery Co, Arab Potash Co., Jordan Cement   Factories, Jordan Phosphate Mines Co, and to many others companies outside Jordan.
